🚍 Shuttle Service:

A free shuttle bus will be organized from Marseille to Peyresq on Monday, June 9 (departure in the early afternoon, with a stop in Nice – train station and airport – in the late afternoon) and back on Thursday, June 12 (afternoon).

• June 9 (Arrival):

  • The bus will stop at Nice SNCF train station at 4:30 PM (in front of the station).
  • Then at Nice Airport (Terminal 1, bus station) around 5:00 PM.

• June 12 (Return):

  • Departure from Peyresq at 1:30 PM.
  • Estimated arrival at Nice Airport: 3:00–3:30 PM.
  • Estimated arrival at Nice Train Station: 4:00–4:30 PM.

💰 Registration Fees

• PhD students: €400
• Postdoctoral and senior researchers: €500

These fees cover accommodation and meals during the school.
Payment will be made via bank transfer starting from April 1 (instructions to follow).

We have a budget to provide several accommodation grants. Candidates interested in this opportunity are invited to apply by email in response to the confirmation email they will receive after their registration request.

• If awarded a grant, the registration fee will be €0.
• Travel expenses to Marseille or Nice are not covered. However, the shuttle bus from these cities is free for all participants.

🖊️ Posters & Presentations

All participants have the opportunity to present a poster and/or a 5-minute flash presentation related to their research project.

The associated abstract can be submitted via the website during registration (as a PDF file). Please indicate in the document whether you are applying for a poster presentation, a flash talk, or both.
