🚍 Shuttle Service:

A free shuttle bus will be organized

from Marseille to Peyresq on Monday, June 9 (departure at 1 pm from Marseille St-Charles train station)

with a stop in Nice –airport (Terminal 2, bus station) at 4 pm and a stop at Nice ville  train station around 4.20-4.30  pm

Departure from Peyresq on Thursday, June 12 (12.30).

• Estimated arrival at Nice Train Station: 3:00 PM.

• Estimated arrival at Nice Airport: 3:30 PM.

• Estimated arrival at Marseille Train Station (St-Charles): 6:30–7 PM.

💰 Registration Fees (inclusive of taxes)

• PhD students: €400 
• Postdoctoral and senior researchers: €500

These fees cover accommodation and meals during the school.
Payment will be made via bank transfer starting from April 1 (instructions to follow).

We have a budget to offer several exemptions. Candidates interested in this opportunity are invited to apply by email in response to the confirmation email they will receive after their registration request.

• If the exemption is awarded, the registration fee will be €0.
• Travel expenses to Marseille or Nice are not covered. However, the shuttle bus from these cities is free for all participants.

• Dead line for registrations: 1st of MAY

🖊️ Posters & Presentations

All participants have the opportunity to present a poster and/or a 5-minute flash presentation related to their research project.

The associated abstract can be submitted via the website during registration (as a PDF file). Please indicate in the document whether you are applying for a poster presentation, a flash talk, or both.
